Art has been a deeply personal form of expression for me. As not only a visual, but also written artist, art is how I process emotions, tell stories and connect with the world within and around me. I work with an array of mediums both digital and traditional, and I'm passionate about using my art to spark reflection, joy, understanding and healing.

This journal will be a mix of updates from the studio, lessons I've been learning, sneak peeks of upcoming pieces, and honest thoughts about what it really looks like to grow a creative practice soulfully.
